We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated part-time Data Analyst to join our team. This role works closely with the Marketing Director to drive marketing initiatives informed by performance data and analysis. The ideal candidate applies strong analytical judgment and performance metrics to optimize outcomes and strengthen brand presence for one of the most recognized law firms in the industry.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working deeply with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role regularly translates complex data into actionable insights for firm partners and leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track marketing performance across all channels to optimize ROI
- Analyze and report core metrics
- Attribute signed cases and settlements to campaigns, keywords, creatives, and sources.
- Integrate and reconcile data from CRM/case management, call tracking, ad platforms, and intake tools.
- Identify underperforming spend, low-quality leads, and funnel drop-offs, and recommend optimizations.
- Assess lead quality and case value to guide targeting, exclusions, and budget allocation.
- Ensure clean campaign naming conventions, tracking standards, and alignment between “marketing leads” and actual signed cases.
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership and translate insights into clear recommendations.
Applicant Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years prior marketing experience
- Experience marketing in a law firm or legal environment is preferred, including use of legal case management software and CallRail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI
- Be self-reliant and able to implement and manage tasks independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
- Able to drive projects from concept to execution
