Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming client calls
- Effectively address client inquiries and concerns
- Schedule new client appointments
- Prepare informational packets and forms for new clients
- Draft and distribute correspondence for new clients
- Create and maintain both physical and electronic client files
Applicant Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Active listening skills with the ability to clearly relay information
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in Spanish

Hourly Pay Range: $18-23 (pay commensurate with experience)
