Guidry brings a depth of litigation experience spanning personal injury, environmental law, mass torts, and class action matters. His background includes complex CERCLA contribution actions, PFAS municipal claims, and groundwater contamination disputes involving multimillion-dollar exposure. His extensive work in environmental litigation, including coordination with hydrogeologists, environmental consultants, and regulatory agencies, gives him a unique ability to navigate the technical and scientific dimensions of cases. Guidry also brings hands-on experience in consumer class actions and multi-district litigation, having developed cases from the ground up across multiple jurisdictions.
Throughout his career, Guidry has appeared before state and federal courts in Louisiana, Texas, Minnesota, and California, and his practice has touched personal injury, corporate litigation, property disputes, construction and surety law, environmental toxic tort, constitutional takings claims, and class actions.
Guidry earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2019, where he was named a William L. Crowe, Sr. Scholar and served as a staff member on the Law Review. He was also a standout member of the Moot Court program, earning the J. Skelly Wright Award for Exceptional Oral Ability as an oralist on the First Amendment Team. Guidry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
