Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients by answering questions and providing case updates
- Create and maintain accurate client files within our electronic case management system
- Communicate with insurance companies
- Draft professional correspondence for clients and external parties
- Review and summarize medical records and health insurance liens
- Assist with analyzing property damage and other case-related information
- Support the Case Manager with various tasks as needed
Applicant Requirements
- Prior legal, case management, or insurance experience
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and procedures
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
