As a member of our management team, you will play a key role in operational strategy, team leadership, and organizational development. You’ll work closely with our Partners and department leaders to streamline processes, solve challenges proactively, and help maintain a high-performing, mission-driven workplace.

Applicant Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, management, or related field preferred)

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and solve problems effectively
