

Nicolas D. Swanger is the managing attorney for one of PARRIS Law Firm’s personal injury
litigation teams. He represents individuals in complex personal-injury matters, including wrongful death, medical malpractice, corporate liability, and other high-stakes litigation.
Prior to earning his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School magna cum laude, Nicolas
worked as a Law Clerk for the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, developing his skills in matters involving public entities, statutory interpretation, litigation strategy, and trial work. Nicolas also worked as a certified Law Clerk for PARRIS Law Firm, where he engaged in complex motion practice, discovery disputes, appellate work, depositions, and assisted at trial.
Outside of his legal practice, Nicolas enjoys surfing, running, strength training, reading, podcasts, and spending time outdoors.
Nicolas has helped obtain numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements in cases throughout California, including the following:
- $58.4 Million Verdict for the largest slip and fall verdict in U.S. history
- $36.4 Million Verdict for a woman severely injured in a car crash
- $31.5 Million Verdict for a 65-year old man severely injured after being hit by a car
