Artur Aziev is an attorney at PARRIS Law Firm.
Artur specializes in individual personal injury claims and mass tort actions. He frequently represents victims of catastrophic auto collisions, premises liability incidents, and California wildfires. He expertly handles claims under the California Labor Code and California Business and Professions Code, in addition to breach of contract and negligence matters.
Artur is devoted to providing the best possible representation to his clients, which he achieves with a disciplined, detail-focused approach that emphasizes open communication. He previously worked on class action matters, including employment and product liability cases.
Since joining PARRIS in 2021, Artur has helped obtain a series of seven- and eight-figure results for clients. In 2023, Artur was part of a team that persuaded a jury to render a $20 million verdict for the family of a woman killed by a drunk driver. He also helped secure an $8.8 million verdict for another victim of a drunk driving incident the same year. Additionally, he was part of the team that took on a major utility corporation on behalf of the many victims of the 2018 Woolsey Fire, which destroyed hundreds of homes in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
Artur holds a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for his entire tenure as a student at Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law, where he graduated in 2021. He served as lead articles editor for the Pepperdine Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law, where he published “Shareholder Activism & Departure from Board Centrism: Beware of Federal Government’s Intervention,” addressing corporate board members influencing hostile takeovers.
Artur has helped organize the Antelope Valley School District’s mock trial competition for high school students since 2021. His efforts for the competition have been recognized by the California State Senate, California State Assembly, and the County of Los Angeles.
He fluently speaks, reads, and writes in Russian.
Artur has helped obtain numerous eight-figure verdicts and settlements in cases throughout the nation, including the following:
