Job Responsibilities
- Conduct client intakes and gather essential case information through in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual appointments
- Meet with potential clients at their homes, hospitals, accident scenes, or other designated locations when necessary
- Collect physical evidence, photographs, and supporting documentation from accident sites or vehicles
- Obtain police reports and witness statements when needed
- Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure timely case evaluation, documentation, and follow-up
Applicant Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement, accident investigations, or personal injury law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
