Field Representative

PARRIS Law Firm is looking for a seasoned professional, ideally someone with a background in law enforcement or accident investigation, to join our team full-time as a Legal Intake and Investigations Specialist.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who has spent years helping people in crisis and is now seeking a new way to make a meaningful impact. You’ll work directly with individuals and families after life-changing events, using your investigative skills and professional judgment to ensure they receive the support they need.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intakes and gather essential case information through in-person meetings, phone calls, or virtual appointments
• Meet with potential clients at their homes, hospitals, accident scenes, or other designated locations when necessary
• Collect physical evidence, photographs, and supporting documentation from accident sites or vehicles
• Obtain police reports and witness statements when needed
• Work closely with the intake and legal teams to ensure timely case evaluation, documentation, and follow-up

• Prior experience in law enforcement, accident investigations, or personal injury law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
